TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registration to A.M.S CARGO shipping loyalty card is open to persons aged 18 and over, with a mailing address in Mauritius or any other country that does not prohibit participation in this program.
2. Applicants must complete the membership application form along with original passport to our office in Guangzhou in order to join our shipping loyalty program.
3. Membership commences on the date application is approved, shipping points have a lifetime of 3 years and expire on a rolling basis..free and discounted shipments will not be considered as qualifying points.
4. Members are required to provide passport as well as valid shipping loyalty card in person for verification purpose during the redemption of offer.
5. A.M.S CARGO reserves the rights to refuse at any time, the membership application form or, at its discretion terminates membership of the shipping loyalty card program without giving any notice or reasons.
6. Shipping loyalty cards SILVER、GOLD and DIAMOND are the property of A.MS. CARGO company and can be recalled at anytime.
7. Shipping loyalty card is personal and is not transferable.
8. An administration fee of 10 us dollars will be charged or equivalent points will be redeemed for replacement of misplaced / lost cards.
9. Abuse of the shipping loyalty cards services and benefits; failure to follow the program terms and conditions; or any misinterpretation of information relating to the program may result in cancellation of membership.
10. By accepting to become a member of the A.M.S CARGO shipping loyalty card program, the applicant hereby consents to the collection, processing and use of any personal data regarding the applicant, provided at the time of the application or to be provided when already a member to A.M.S CARGO, for:
(a) the purposes of handling the member's account with A.M.S CARGO;
(b) marketing purposes and sharing the personal data to A.M.S CARGO program partners; and/or
(c) Such other purposes as may be permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
11. Should an applicant at any time after becoming a member request in writing to stop, or not to begin the processing of his personal data for marketing purposes and sharing his personal data to other program partners, A.M.S CARGO shall as soon as reasonably practicable stop the processing of the personal data of the member for marketing and sharing purposes.
12. While A.M.S CARGO will use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the services, benefits, facilities and/or arrangements expressed or advertised as being available to shipping loyalty card members, A.M.S CARGO does not guarantee that such services, benefits, facilities and/or arrangements will be made available and A.M.S CARGO will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential from the provision or non-provision, whether in whole or in part, of any such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements.
13. In the event of death of a member, the membership will be terminated and all accumulated points and unused awards will be cancelled.
