1. What is Shipping Loyalty Card ?
Shipping Loyalty Card is the Reward Program of A.M.S CARGO COMPANY and FYS FREIGHT FORWARDERS LTD which enables customers to earn and redeem points and enjoy more exclusive privileges while doing business with us.
2. What are the benefits of Shipping Loyalty membership?
All shipping loyalty card members can enjoy a wide variety of discounts and privileges during doing business with us, as well earn and redeem points for free pick up at the airport, free interpreter, free accommodation. In addition, each tier of membership – progressing from SILVER, followed by GOLD, then DIAMOND card - offers its own exclusive benefits and privileges.
3. How can I apply for Shipping Loyalty membership?
Simply present your valid travel passport copy along with a complete membership application form at our offices whether in Guangzhou or Mauritius. And for collection of membership card it will be only available in Guangzhou office.
4. Do I need to pay for membership or is there an annual fee?
Membership is free, with only one membership per person permissible.
5. What types of Shipping Loyalty membership are available?
We have three tiers of exclusive membership: SILVER, GOLD and DIAMOND Cards accumulating a specified amount of shipping points enables a SILVER card member to upgrade to GOLD card member and then on to the most exclusive DIAMOND card member.
6. What are the criteria for the upgrading of Shipping Loyalty membership?
Patrons must earn 1200 shipping points within 36 months to earn GOLD status, or 4000 shipping points within 36 months to earn DIAMOND status. each card has its expiry date; in order to maintain your status, you must earn sufficient points before the validity of your card expires.
7. What happens if I lose my Shipping Loyalty membership card?
An administration fee of 10 us dollars will be charged or equivalent points will be redeemed for replacement of misplaced / lost cards.
8. How can I update my personal information?
All members can update their personal contact by login via our website or call at our offices for assistant.
9. Can I transfer my membership card, points and benefits to others?
No. Membership cards, points and benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the designated member. All accumulated points will be credited to your account within 5 working days after settlement of all the shipment bills, while redemption claims will be deducted immediately from your account.
10. How can I check my points balance?
You can login online to check your points balance or go to our offices in Guangzhou or Mauritius.
11. Can I redeem points on behalf of others?
No. In accordance with the shipping loyalty membership Terms & Conditions, members must go to our office in Guangzhou or Mauritius in person in order to redeem their points.
12. What can I redeem with my points?
With the points you’ve earned, you can redeem the following services and products:
- A variety of best luxury shipping loyalty collections from A.M.S CARGO.
- Accommodation
- Airport pick up
- Airport drop-off
- Interpreter
- Transport facilities to Foshan market
