Foreign nationals of nations with diplomatic ties with China who possess standard passports are permitted visa-free entry to ten cities in Guangdong Province, departing from Hong Kong and Macao. 

The maximum stay permitted is 144 hours, according to the Exit and Entry Administration of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department.

Shantou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, and Zhongshan are among the ten localities in question. 

The tour group must consist of at least two individuals and be organised by a travel agency that is duly registered in Hong Kong and Macao. These foreigners are required to have enrolled in the tour group. 

Ports of entry and departure should be located within the ten cities specified previously. Guests from other countries are restricted to a six-day, 144-hour stay and must depart or enter the port in excursion groups. 

Additionally, Guangdong provides visa-free transit to a number of nations. Visa-free transit is available to passengers who satisfy the policy requirements and possess a connecting ticket to a third country (region) that guarantees a seat and a fixed date within 144 hours. Passengers must be citizens of one of Guangdong's 32 locations and originate from one of 53 countries and regions.
